1. SHIPPING AREA (FREE SHIPPING)
We currently only ship to locations within the United States with free shipping (Except Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and The Territory of Guam).
We ship scooters by FedEx or UPS. And we do NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO/FPO.
2. DELIVERY TIME
In-stock orders typically ship within 3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
For in-stock orders, we’ll provide the tracking number within 3 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.
For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by Maxfun are estimates.
Delivery time:
E-scooter products will be delivered within 1-4 days for US order.
Accessory products within 10-20 days, for the US order.
For pre-orders/backorders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.
3. SHIPPING CHANGES
- a. NO CHARGE for changing the address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.
- b. $20 WILL BE CHARGED when the in-transit shipping information shows that the change is successful on FedEx.
- c. If you fail to cancel the item which is in transit, please reject the package and 10% of the scooter value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- d. If you apply to change your address after the order is shipped, we’ll apply to FedEx/UPS, but we can not guarantee that the information will be changed 100% successfully.
4. ORDER CANCELLATION
If your order is in transit and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the scooter value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
5. ORDER TRACKING
